To better serve clients in Walton County, Oconee County and other northeast Georgia communities, Precision Planning, Inc. opened a full-service satellite office in Monroe, Ga., in February 2007. The Monroe office offers the same comprehensive architecture, surveying, planning and engineering services as PPI’s Lawrenceville headquarters.

“Walton, Morgan and Oconee Counties are poised for substantial growth,” says PPI President Randall Dixon. “Establishing an office in Monroe gives PPI the ability to forge strong relationships and provide superior service to area clients.”

The Monroe office is a natural extension of PPI’s longtime presence in the area. The firm has served Walton and Oconee Counties on such large-scale projects as the design and completion of the new Oconee County Jail and E911/Emergency Operations Center, the SR 138 Extension, and the Sharon Church Road intersection upgrade. Currently, PPI is managing the planning and engineering of the Hard Labor Creek Reservoir, a regional water supply, treatment and distribution project for the Walton and Oconee County Board of Commissioners.
